This is our finest cut — hand-selected, A+ grade sockeye from the cold, clean tides of the Nushagak district of Bristol Bay.

Each Filet is a full, skin-on, pin bone-in filet, harvested, hand cut and processed within hours on the beach for unbeatable freshness and flavor.

Rich in color, firm in texture, and high in healthy fats, this filet is the purest expression of wild Alaskan salmon.

Ideal for broiling, roasting, grilling, or curing — when only the best will do.

CHEF’S CUT

Wild Bristol Bay Sockeye Steak (Chef’s Cut)

Premium Wild Alaskan Sockeye

Zeke’s favorite cut. Thick, meaty, and made to sizzle — these sockeye steaks are hand-cut to about 1¼ inches, with the skin on and bone in for maximum flavor.

Each Chef’s Cut is harvested from the tides of Bristol Bay, cut and flash-frozen within hours to preserve rich color, firm texture, and bold, wild taste.

This is salmon ready to take the heat.  Rugged, real, and ready to cook.

Ideal for the grill, cast iron, or pan searing.

Serves 1 person.

CREW CUT

Wild Bristol Bay Sockeye Half Filet

Premium Wild Alaskan Sockeye

The crew's favorite - portioned for 1-2 people, but packed with the same bold flavor and rich color as our full filet. Skin-on and pin bone-in, each Crew Cut is hand-filleted on the beach just hours after harvest, then flash-frozen to preserve peak freshness.

Ideal for pan-frying, grilling, baking, or a quick weeknight meal.

Serves 1–2 people.
